Once the contract is signed we communicate a detailed roadmap with a schedule for the various stages of our intervention helping to optimize transaction lead times. It is adjusted thereby providing information to the entrepreneur on the stage of progress.

Our rigorous and structured intervention is based on our experience acquired on the regulated primary and secondary markets. It is developed in close partnership with the issuer and covers:

  • The development of a five-year business model with the help of the company. This allows the validation of the profit and loss statement and an evaluation of the amount and scheme of the transaction using the cash flow statement.

  • The drafting of investor documents whether this concerns a two-page executive summary or complementary illustration and presentation documents.

  • The canvassing of investors and dispatch of initial documentation to the investors best matching the amount of the project and the company’s sector.

  • Monitoring investor relationships whether this concerns reminders, reporting or presentations by the management of the company in our presence.

  • Continued due diligence with additional meetings and the necessary documentation to answer investor queries.

  • Assistance in drafting the Letter of Intent, financial due diligence and drafting the shareholder agreement, as well as the closing agreement.
